Every application will be reviewed by the MIMC organising team, including the submitted insurance documentation. Payment instructions will only be provided once your application has been approved.

How the registration process works
1. Complete the registration form
Provide your personal, professional and competition details and upload your proof of insurance.
2. Submit your application
Your application and insurance documentation will be reviewed by the MIMC organising team.
3. Await approval
If your application meets the MIMC requirements and your insurance is approved, you will be contacted by the organising team.
4. Receive payment instructions
Payment instructions will be sent exclusively from our official MIMC email address:

5. Complete your payment
Follow the payment instructions provided by the official MIMC email address. Your competition place will be confirmed once payment has been received.
